Job Summary: Switchgear Control Technics Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tendering Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing tenders for our switchgear products, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare and compile detailed tender documents, ensuring compliance with client specifications and company policies.


• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to develop accurate cost estimates for switchgear projects, considering materials, labour, and overhead.


• Utilize knowledge of switchgear systems and industry standards to provide accurate technical input during the tendering process.


• Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to create competitive proposals.


• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the tendering phase, addressing inquiries and providing clarifications as needed.


• Maintain organized records of all tender submissions, contracts, and related correspondence.


• Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from tendering to project execution.


• Identify opportunities for enhancing the tendering process and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications:


• Diploma / bachelors degree or a related field.


• Proven experience in tendering or bid management, preferably in the electrical or construction sectors.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.


• Strong leadership and team management abilities.


• Proficient in using MS Office Suite.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
