Making an impact. What will you do?

In this role, you will be directly accountable for delivering sales targets in the assigned territory

Further, you will manage all existing customer accounts in assigned territory and work closely with BU head to ensure BU targets are met

Additionally, you will manage the key accounts assigned to ensure long term profitability and growth and coordinate with plant / distribution / support teams to ensure timely supplies to customers

Ensuring timely collection of payments from all customers in the territory and addressing customer complaints promptly thereby ensuring timely redressal is a part of your responsibility

Furthermore, you will generate new large / strategic leads and work to convert the leads to business wins

Moreover, you are in charge for collecting and reporting market intelligence information related to competitor actions in marketplace

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

You have a bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or technical discipline plus MBA preferred

Further, you have four to eight (4-8) years of industrial / sales / commercial experience in gas industry, chemical / other manufacturing industry

You own a visible leadership and visibly support and execute decisions once made

Further, you have a functional and technical competence to grasp the detail underlying complex problems and you develop appropriate solutions

You have a sense of urgency and responsiveness to make immediate action to resolve customer issues required

Also, you own Process Project and Risk Management skill to executes projects in full, on time and within budget and with your decision making and execution, communicate and implement decisions will make you great
