Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between consultants and clients.
  • Source and identify requirements through
    job portals
    (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and networking channels.
  • Negotiate consultant rates, finalize deals, and ensure timely placements.
  • Maintain an active consultant pipeline and submit daily activity and performance reports.
  • Stay informed about
    recruitment trends
    ,
    visa regulations
    , and
    client requirements
    .

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1 to 5+ years of experience
    in
    US IT Staffing / Recruitment
    (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong understanding of the
    US recruitment life cycle
    and
    visa classifications
    (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT).
  • Excellent
    communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
    .
  • Proficiency in
    job portals
    like
    Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter
    .
  • Ability to
    multitask
    and
    work efficiently
    in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to
    work onsite
    during
    US business hours
    (Night Shift).
