Admission Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in student admission process, explain the school policies , features of the school and pedegogy and enrollment process to the Parents
  • Provide assistance to Parents in completing admission/enrollment forms and other related formalities
  • Check batch availability, Maintain a student admissions database with clear and complete student enrollment files
  • Share all the required link and document with the parents for completing the admission process.
  • Review the student lists with the existing data and update the same
  • Collaborate with team members to complete and validate the admission of students
  • Address student queries and complaints timely
  • Share notification with the parents related to any activity/events
  • Provide support to Management in managing Admissions
  • Maintain a cordial relationship with the management, students, faculties and administrative teams for smooth operations.
  • To report promptly and diligently on daily basis
