**Admission Counsellor and Coordinator**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist in student admission process, explain the school policies, features of the school and pedegogy and enrollment process to the Parents
- Provide assistance to Parents in completing admission/enrollment forms and other related formalities
- Check batch availability, Maintain a student admissions database with clear and complete student enrollment files
- Share all the required link and document with the parents for completing the admission process.
- Review the student lists with the existing data and update the same
- Collaborate with team members to complete and validate the admission of students
- Address student queries and complaints timely
- Share notification with the parents related to any activity/events
- Provide support to Management in managing Admissions
- Maintain a cordial relationship with the management, students, faculties and administrative teams for smooth operations.
- To report promptly and diligently on daily basis
- Complete admin task at school like attendence,petty cash, Cleaniness, Supervision of maids
- Should possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Should be prompt and persuasive
- Hard working and self motivated with go-getter attitude
- Should be prudent with long term approach with the organization
- Should be presentable and physically fit
- Highly convincing & hands on experience in counselling

- Bachelor's (preferred)
