Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Investor Relationship Officer to manage and strengthen relationships with current and potential investors. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the company and its investors, ensuring transparent communication, trust, and alignment with the company's goals and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional investors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and communications.
  • Present company performance, updates, and financial highlights to investors clearly and confidently.
  • Support investor onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and quarterly reviews.
  • Develop investor communication materials such as reports, presentations, and updates.
  • Collaborate with the finance, marketing, and management teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential investors and partnership opportunities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all investor data and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in investor relations, client servicing, business development, or financial communication.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of financial terminology and investment processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
