Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Relationship Manager based in Kochi. The Sr. Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and increasing product engagement. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and acquiring new clients, cross-selling financial products, conducting portfolio reviews, providing investment advice, and maintaining compliance with company protocols. The role requires proactive communication and a structured approach to meeting client expectations and business targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in client engagement, relationship management, and customer service
  • Comprehensive understanding of investment products such as Equities, Mutual Funds, Bonds, and other financial services
  • *Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields; an MBA or certification such as NISM-8 , AMFI ( mandatory ) and NISM 21 A snd IRDA is preferred*
