Position Details
Role: Senior Sales Officer

Location: Bangalore / Karnataka
Education:
- B. Pharm / B.Sc. (Cosmetic Technology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences)
- Diploma in Cosmetology / BAMS / BPT
Preference: Candidates with certifications in Skin Aesthetics or Cosmetology will be given preference.
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Job Summary
The Senior Sales Officer Cosmetic Division will be responsible for promoting and driving sales of professional skincare and cosmetic products across Karnataka. The role requires a deep understanding of skincare treatments, product formulations, and aesthetic procedures. The candidate will work closely with dermatologists, cosmetologists, clinics, and distributors to increase product visibility, achieve sales targets, and build strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell professional cosmetic and skincare products to clinics, dermatologists, and aesthetic centres.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations for clients and distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners to ensure sustained business growth.
- Support marketing and promotional activities, including trade shows, product launches, and seminars.
- Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure accurate sales reporting, documentation, and stock coordination with the internal team.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to plan and execute business strategies.
- Travel within Karnataka (30–40%) for customer visits, events, and training programs.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, active ingredients, and product application techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English and regional languages.
- Ability to simplify technical and scientific concepts for clients and partners.
- Strong email correspondence, documentation, and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing work independently.
- Ability to travel frequently as per business requirements.

- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Number of new client acquisitions and retained accounts.
- Quality and consistency of training sessions and presentations conducted.
- Timely submission of reports and feedback.
