As part of our endeavour to strengthen the India Sales team, we are looking to hire a Sales Manager based out of Bengaluru office. The Sales Manager would need to take responsibility for the Sales of Industrial & Medical Shielding products/ Solutions and related Services for India region.

As the Sales Manager (Medical & Industrial Shielding), your primary responsibilities will include overall sales of our product offerings for Industrial & Medical shielding solutions and related services, handling clients and external sales representatives, synergise internal resources by ensuring good co-operation with subject matter experts, and other team players. Your clients would consist of companies that require industrial shielded rooms (eg. chip manufacturers, IT & telecom companies, etc.) and also the Medical/ MRI industry that uses RF cage/ shielding solutions and related services. Our corporate and working language is English. You will support our global and local sales strategy. You must be experienced with business negotiations, a good communicator, possess strong networking skill, and must have a customer relations management approach. You will report to Sales Head of India.

In order to succeed in your task you should have:

  • 3-7 years of experience in sales of technology products & solutions, preferably with experience in an international working environment or an export business, with proven track record of your success.
  • Industry Experience in key account management, technology sales and commercialization of (technical) products e.g. EMC & RF shielding, PEB, medical/ healthcare, defence, automotive, aviation or similar type of industry.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills with strong business acumen, must be experienced in working with public tenders/ e-tenders.
  • Strong result and goal oriented mentality, ability to work under pressure of achieving set sales targets and also support your sales representatives.
  • Willingness to travel (about 30-40 % of your time), mainly within India region, and possibly abroad too.
  • Education Qualification: Technical/ Engineering degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ RF/ related fields, preferably a diploma/ degree in management.
