We are looking for a Dynamic Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, efficiency, and team performance.

Job description:-

  • Oversee daily operations across Salkara Chelavoor.
  • Ensure high standards in food quality, service, and hygiene.
  • Monitor sales, cost control, and profitability targets.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
  • Handle staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and training.
  • Implement company SOPs and ensure brand consistency.
  • Address customer feedback and ensure total guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with senior management for planning and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience as Operations Manager / Restaurant Manager / in a reputed restaurant or hospitality group.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Good knowledge of F&B operations and cost management.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Salary:

Rs.50,000 – Rs.80,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
