About the Role

At Bajaj Finserv, we are building a dedicated Insights Team that will drive customer experience (CX), business, and strategic decisions. As a UX Researcher, you will play a key role in uncovering deep user insights, designing research-driven experiments, and providing actionable solutions that improve journeys and outcomes across our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities


• User Research: Lead qualitative and quantitative research studies (usability testing, in-depth interviews, surveys, focus groups, diary studies, etc.) to uncover user behaviors, needs, and pain points.


• Behavioral Understanding: Analyze user journeys and behaviors through research methods to identify friction areas and unmet needs.


• Experiment Design: Propose and execute insight-focused experiments, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, usability studies, and concept validations.


• Insight-to-Action: Translate research findings into clear recommendations and solutions for product, UX, and business teams.


• A/B Test Use Cases: Frame hypotheses and design A/B testing use cases that emerge from research and observed user behavior.


• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, designers, business leaders, and senior management to align insights with business objectives.


• Storytelling & Influence: Create compelling reports, presentations, and workshops to communicate findings and drive decisions.

Key Skills & Experience


• Strong expertise in qualitative methods: usability testing, interviews, focus groups, field studies, diary studies.


• Solid grounding in quantitative research: survey design, user segmentation, statistical interpretation, experiment measurement.


• Ability to design and run controlled experiments (A/B, multivariate, concept testing).


• Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights persuasively.


• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications


• 2–5 years of experience in UX Research / Product Research / Human-Centered Research.


• Academic background in Psychology, HCI, Cognitive Science, Behavioral Science, Design Research, or related fields.


• Experience in financial services, fintech, or other data-driven domains is a plus (not mandatory).
