Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Senior User Experience Designer. The Senior User Experience Designer will be responsible for employing design thinking to create user-centered designs and experiences. Daily tasks will include conducting user research, developing UX design concepts, creating visual designs, and building interactive prototypes. The goal is to enhance user satisfaction and create seamless, personalized journeys for our users.
Qualifications
- Experience in Design Thinking and User Research
- Proficiency in Visual Design and User Experience (UX)
- Skills in Prototyping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team in Pune
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus
- Willingness and Hunger to grow with start up and lead the team
