Our mobile apps, available on Android and iOS, work completely offline and are highly user-friendly with a 4.5-star rating. The QNOPY platform supports the unique needs of its clients by building custom forms, setting up projects, and providing comprehensive user training. Our top-notch customer service ensures rapid issue resolution within 15 minutes. We have assisted in creating over 3,000 forms and offer project managers instant access to geocoded photos and data.
This is a full-time role for a User Experience (UX) Designer, based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area with hybrid work opportunities allowing some work from home. The UX Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, employing design thinking to solve complex problems, creating visual designs, and developing interactive prototypes. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and ensure that the QNOPY app meets the needs of its users efficiently.
- Experience in User Research and applying Design Thinking principles
- Proficiency in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) methodologies
- Ability to create interactive Prototyping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of industry-specific requirements in environmental and construction industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
