Do:As an Associate UX Researcher at Intangles, you will collaborate closely with AI/ML scientists, engineers, designers, and product managers to champion the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:Planning, designing, and executing a variety of user research studies, encompassing both moderated and unmoderated interviews, usability testing, and surveys. Analyzing and synthesizing research data to identify key user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

Applying foundational knowledge of behavioral science, basic statistical principles, environmental psychology, and cognitive heuristics to derive actionable insights. Clearly and effectively communicating research findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams through presentations and reports. Contributing to the development and refinement of user experience research methodologies and best practices within the organization.

Maintaining a strong curiosity about user behavior and the digital landscape, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance our understanding of our users. Eligibility:0-1 years of experience in a research-related capacity (including academic research). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioural Science, Applied Psychology, or a relevant discipline.

A foundational understanding of elementary statistical principles. Basic familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative behavioral research methodologies. A demonstrable interest in the interaction between individuals and their environment, coupled with an eagerness to expand knowledge in environmental psychology and cognitive heuristics.

Demonstrated ability to conduct engaging and insightful moderated and unmoderated interviews. A proactive approach and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field of UX research. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

A natural intellectual curiosity and well-developed organizational and time management skills. Complementary Attributes: The ideal candidate will possess empathy, keen observational skills, resourcefulness, and a collaborative disposition. An aptitude for creative problem-solving and the ability to consider novel perspectives are highly valued.
