Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for potential buyers. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling site visits, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound inquiries from online portals, walk-ins, and telephonic queries.
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from leads generated through campaigns, referrals, and advertisements.
Understand customer requirements and provide detailed project information, location advantages, amenities, pricing, and other key features.
Pre-qualify leads based on budget, preferences, and readiness to buy.
Fix site visits and follow up to ensure attendance.
Coordinate with the sales team to handover qualified leads.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly lead tracking reports.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive brand image.
Stay updated on project details, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Participate in marketing activities such as property exhibitions and promotional events.
