Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for potential buyers. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling site visits, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound inquiries from online portals, walk-ins, and telephonic queries.

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from leads generated through campaigns, referrals, and advertisements.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide detailed project information, location advantages, amenities, pricing, and other key features.

  • Pre-qualify leads based on budget, preferences, and readiness to buy.

  • Fix site visits and follow up to ensure attendance.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to handover qualified leads.

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly lead tracking reports.

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive brand image.

  • Stay updated on project details, competitor offerings, and market trends.

  • Participate in marketing activities such as property exhibitions and promotional events.
