The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, nurturing leads, coordinating site visits, and providing detailed information about real estate projects. The role involves converting potential leads into qualified prospects and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls, online inquiries, and walk-in leads from various marketing sources.

  • Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and location advantages to potential clients.

  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective customers.

  • Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) on a daily basis.

  • Follow up with potential buyers to generate interest and push for closures.

  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover and tracking.

  • Provide timely feedback to the marketing team about lead quality and response.

  • Assist in sales events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

  • Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong convincing and presentation abilities

  • Good knowledge of real estate sales process

  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management

  • Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism

  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Qualification:
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales / telecalling / customer handling
