About the Role

We are seeking a Product Engineer who will play a critical role in designing, building, and improving our products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to turn ideas into scalable, reliable, and user-friendly solutions. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and product mindset to ensure our solutions deliver real value to users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy scalable product features with high performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, DevOps) to define and build product requirements.
  • Translate product requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions within timelines.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, architecture, implementation, deployment, and feedback loops.
  • Debug and resolve production issues, ensuring smooth product performance.
  • Stay updated with new technologies and contribute ideas to improve product design and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3 + years of experience as a Software/Product Engineer.

Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, etc.).

Strong expertise in web/mobile application development.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.

Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL).

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Strong problem-solving skills and a product-driven mindset.
