Job Overview

· This role requires a strong backend engineer with proven experience in designing and building scalable applications.

· The candidate should be able to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions in a remote setup.

· The engineer will collaborate with product, frontend, and AI/ML teams to develop enterprise-grade backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Java.

· Work on event-driven architectures to build scalable systems.

· Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and services.

· Incorporate AI/ML analytics into backend systems for intelligent features.

· Optimize backend systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.

· Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

· Work with product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

· Ensure backend systems adhere to best practices for security and performance.

Required Qualifications

· 4–8 years of experience in backend software engineering.

· Strong programming experience in Python and Java.

· Experience with event-driven architecture.

· Understanding of AI/ML analytics integration with backend systems.

· Knowledge of frontend technologies for smooth integration with backend APIs.

· Proven experience in building scalable, high-performance backend systems.

· Familiarity with cloud-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines.

· Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in microservices architecture.

· Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases.

· Hands-on experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

· Background in enterprise product development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
