Job Title: HR GeneralistAssistant/Deputy Manager

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Shift: General Shift
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
Working Days: 6 days a week
Salary: 11 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations including Recruitment, Payroll, Statutory Compliance (ESI, PF), Employee Engagement, and Performance Management Systems. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
    • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
    • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and induction plans.
  2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

    • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
    • Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
    • Maintain employee records in line with company policies and statutory laws.
    • Liaise with external agencies for statutory audits and inspections.
  3. Employee Engagement & Welfare

    • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
    • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
    • Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
  4. Performance Management System (PMS)

    • Implement and monitor the companys PMS cycle.
    • Assist in goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
    • Provide training to managers and employees on PMS processes.
  5. HR Operations & Administration

    • Maintain HR MIS and generate regular reports for management.
    • Ensure smooth HR operations in coordination with other departments.
    • Assist in policy formulation, communication, and implementation.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, ESI, PF, and Statutory Compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
