
Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for 3rd party / white-label manufacturing in the cosmetics and derma industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (R&D, production, packaging, compliance) to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and achievements.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience of 10-15 years in Business Development or Sales for 3rd party / white-label manufacturing from the Cosmetics/Derma industry (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of 3rd party manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong networking skills and industry contacts.
- Result-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
Education:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Science/Pharma background will be an added advantage).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
