Job Description:

Qualification: MBA - Marketing / Social Work
Experience: 15+ years' of experience in CSR and 3-4 experience in Senior leadership
Age : years
Reporting to CEO, The candidate should have presented at board meetings and been a part of the CSR Committees (Corporate Social Responsibility Committee)

Specific Responsibilities:
Creating vision, strategy, systems developing SOPs to ensuring delivery of the same
Developing, presenting and getting approval on annual / real time activity plan & budget
Developing and circulating activity and assessment report
Lead and manage new initiatives and operations
Developing and ensuring standard operating procedures
Conceptualizing and implementing projects and programs
Managing funds and fund raising affairs
Ensuring adherence to statutory compliances
Support to Board of Trustees by developing and circulating notices, reports, and agenda, coordinating meetings and keeping minutes of the meetings
Responsible for communication with internal senior management and external stakeholders especially donors and project partner
Developing and publishing communication material to get visibility
Administration and monitoring of line management
Representing in different developmental forum

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Good communication skills (verbal/written/attentive listener)
Preferable to look for candidates who are currently working in an Indian promoter company
We prefer candidate who are stable in their jobs, our criteria is 15 years max 3 job changes
