Requirements
  • Configure and manage Salesforce Data Cloud components (e.g., Data Streams, Identity Resolution, Profile Unification)
  • Build and maintain Calculated Insights and Audience Segments for personalization and activation
  • Integrate Salesforce and third-party data using APIs, MuleSoft, or standard connectors
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, end-to-end data solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform)
  • Experience in Data Ingestion, Identity Resolution, and Segmentation
  • Hands-on with Calculated Insights, activation strategies, and personalization use cases
  • Proficient in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
  • Experience integrating data from Salesforce and external platforms via APIs or connectors
  • Solid understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Tableau CRM, or Conga
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer, Integration Architecture Designer)
