We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Salesforce Data Cloud efforts. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that unify customer data from multiple systems, creating a single source of truth to drive personalization and engagement.

  • Create scalable customer data models using Data Streams, DMOs, and relationships.
  • Develop calculated insights, segments, and activations for analytics and personalization.
  • Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud for end-to-end personalization.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.
  • Implement ETL, API, and middleware integrations for large-scale data ingestion.
  • Apply data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership in data modeling, ensuring scalability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-9 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, Activations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
