Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products as per business needs.
  • Develop and integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party applications.
  • Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Maintain Salesforce best practices, including coding standards, security guidelines, and data governance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications.
  • Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4-10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of integration techniques such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, and middleware tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
  • Proficiency in configuration, customization, and automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments (Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX).
  • Familiarity with OAuth, SSO, and identity management solutions in Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
