Job Summary:

Salesforce Developer
with strong expertise in
Service Cloud

. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on development experience and be proficient in customizing and extending Service Cloud capabilities to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce

    Apex Classes

    Lightning Components (Aura/LWC)

    Visualforce
  • Work on
    Case Management
    ,
    Omni-Channel
    ,
    Knowledge Base
    , and
    Service Console
    enhancements
  • Design and implement
    automation
    using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
  • Collaborate with architects, admins, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing and best development practices

Required Skills:
