Senior Consultant - Package Implementation

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Comms Cloud Developer with 5 to 10 years of professional experience in designing developing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce Communications Cloud platform The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Salesforce and a strong understanding of the communications industry enabling them to deliver innovative solutions that drive business value This role offers the opportunity to work on transformative projects collaborate with crossfunctional teams and shape the future of our communications technology landscape

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and deploy custom solutions on Salesforce Communications Cloud to meet business requirements

Configure and customize Salesforce objects flows and Lightning components specific to the communications sector

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs middleware and ETL tools

Collaborate with business analysts project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Participate in the full software development life cycle including requirements analysis design coding testing deployment and maintenance

Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability performance and security

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing ongoing support for Salesforce platforms

Stay uptodate with Salesforce releases new features and industry trends

Document technical solutions and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience

5 to 10 years of handson experience with Salesforce development including Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and SOQL

Proven experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud and its data models processes and industryspecific features

Strong understanding of telecomcommunications business processes and industry standards

Experience with Salesforce integrations using RESTSOAP APIs MuleSoft or similar middleware

Salesforce Platform Developer III certification or equivalent is highly preferred

Strong problemsolving analytical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Skills

Experience with Salesforce CPQ Order Management andor other industry clouds

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools

Experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical teams
