Role & responsibilities
Back-Office Operations & Application Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Back-Office Operations team, ensuring productivity and compliance.
- Oversee the effective usage of the eFORCE application across sites, including reporting, training, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and manage the ticketing tool, handling escalations promptly.
- Generate and analyze daily business reports to track performance.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders (PIs, LCs, Vendors, Clients) for seamless operations and timely payments.
- Organize demos, training sessions, site visits.
- Handle escalation calls and resolve issues to maintain system efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong Communication both Verbal / Non -Verbal.
- Experience in application management and vendor/client coordination.
- Proficiency in reporting, training, and issue resolution.
- Ability to travel to project sites when required.
