Role & Responsibilities

As an Experienced Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Client Outreach & Lead Generation through LinkedIn, Email, B2B platforms, and other channels

  • Building and nurturing relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and business owners
  • Managing the complete sales funnel from prospecting to client handover
  • Working closely with the core leadership team to hit aggressive sales targets

Compensation Structure

Phase 1: First 2 Months (Profit-Share Model)

  • Profit-share only (no fixed salary)
  • Earnings potential: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000+ per month based on performance
  • Transparent distribution of profits
  • High growth opportunity for high performers

Phase 2: After 2 Months (Stable Model)

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on performance in Phase 1)

  • Performance Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month
  • Promotions: Fast-track to Team Lead / Business Development Manager
  • Career Growth: Clear path to leadership roles

Requirements (Experience Mandatory)

  • Minimum 6–12 months experience in outreach / lead generation / sales (LinkedIn, Email, or B2B platforms preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads and meet targets
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills (English/Hindi)
  • Ability to work independently with accountability
  • Laptop/PC + stable internet connection
