As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging prospects through compelling content and effective communication strategies both through post and outreach to prospects on LinkedIn or other platforms as per the direction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research to identify target audiences and potential leads.
- Develop creative and innovative outreach approaches to engage prospects.
- Utilize your understanding of psychology and sales principles to effectively sell ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Track and analyze outreach efforts to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content/ copy writing, lead generation, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging and persuasive content.
- Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique outreach strategies.
- Knowledge of psychology and sales techniques preferred.
- Experience with CRM software and lead tracking tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
