The expected working hours for this role will be 9:30 pm to 6:30 AM IST.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with, and provide support for, our team of US and global Account Executives to increase productivity and effectiveness through better usage of
  • Validate and accurately approve quotes in alignment to company policies and procedures
  • Monitor status of deal review to ensure timely acceptance, and proactively communicate with Account Executives regarding delays or issues that may arise 
  • Identify and escalate issues as necessary
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to facilitate and aid in the deal process
  • Support ad hoc projects and duties which may, from time to time, be assigned to you by your manager
  • Advance NAVEX's goals and operational effectiveness by learning and using AI-based tools

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years relevant experience with an interest in working within a sales and sales operations environment in an administrative capacity 
  • Strong working knowledge of , Excel and Word; knowledge of any CPQ is a plus
  • Proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work independently across multiple time zones and coordinate with management based in the US
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
  • An openness to change and willingness to take informed risks
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality
  • The desire to learn, explore and experiment with AI tools
  • A commitment to ethical and inclusive use of AI in our hiring and workplace practices

Our side of the deal:

  • The starting pay range for this role is 940,000 INR per annum and night shift differential of 500 INR/day.
