What you can expect
We are looking for an experienced Renewal Manager (RM) to join our highly successful India Renewals Team. You will manage renewals from a designated Book of Business with the goal of driving high renewal rates (both In Quarter Renewal Rate & Net Revenue Retention).

What we're looking for
- 5+ years in a SaaS or Cloud company (renewals, sales or customer success)
- Have a good collaboration/relational skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization
- Have an excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Be results oriented, with experience in forecasting and a demonstrable track record of quota performance
- Have an excellence in presentation skills with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging in a Customer meeting setting
- Have a self-starter mentality with an abundance of confidence, and pride themselves on having a high say/do ratio
- Have a business fluency in English
- Be highly analytical with the ability to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions
