About the Role - Entry level 1-3 Years experience
We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Specialist
to be the driving force behind our brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition. In this role, you will plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, build a strong online presence for MyPass LMS, and work closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads in both local and international markets.
This is not a passive marketing role — you will be expected to design and run
full-funnel campaigns
that convert prospects into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-To-Market Execution
– Launch and optimize campaigns to promote MyPass LMS to our Ideal Customer Profiles (corporates, nonprofits, education providers). - Lead Generation & Nurturing
– Build inbound and outbound marketing funnels using LinkedIn, SEO, email, and PPC to consistently deliver Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to the sales team. - Content Creation
– Write compelling blog posts, case studies, landing page copy, and social media content tailored to LMS buyers. - Social Media Growth
– Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Email Marketing
– Create automated sequences for onboarding, nurturing, and re-engagement. - SEO & Website Optimization
– Implement on-page and off-page strategies to rank for LMS-related keywords and drive organic traffic. - Paid Campaigns Management
– Run and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI. - Analytics & Reporting
– Use Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and marketing dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance. - Collaboration with Sales
– Work closely with the sales team to align marketing messaging with customer pain points and buying triggers.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in
B2B SaaS or EdTech digital marketing
. - Proven track record of generating leads through digital channels.
- Content creation for social media
- Blogs
- Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Ads, social media scheduling tools, and CRM platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences (corporates, nonprofits, educators).
- Experience with marketing automation tools and email marketing software.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
KPI's
- Growth in website traffic and search engine rankings for LMS-related keywords.
- Number of qualified leads generated per month.
- Conversion rates from marketing campaigns to booked demos.
- ROI from advertising campaigns.
- Engagement and follower growth on LinkedIn and other platforms.
