Role Description

The Inside Sales Counsellor will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing guidance on career paths, facilitating the enrollment process, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include managing communications with potential students, maintaining organized records of interactions, and meeting sales targets.
