Role & responsibilities

1. Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with international universities, colleges and institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational partners, stakeholders and agents.
  • Negotiate agreements and collaborations to expand the companys network.

2. Student Recruitment & Conversions

  • Plan and implement strategies to achieve student recruitment targets.
  • Guide students through the admissions process, including course selection, applications, and visa requirements.
  • Monitor lead generation and conversion rates, ensuring quality counselling and high conversion ratios.

3. Marketing & Promotions

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online/offline) to promote study-abroad opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and digital campaigns.

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends in international education.
  • Develop strategies to enter new markets and strengthen the companys brand presence.
  • Keep updated with immigration policies, admission criteria, and education trends.

5. Team Leadership & Training

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team.
  • Conduct training sessions for counsellors to improve service quality and conversions.
  • Monitor performance, set targets, and ensure goal achievement.
