Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, product launches, weddings, and social gatherings.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless event operations.
  • Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment rental, and transportation arrangements.
  • Ensure timely execution of events within budget constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in event management or a related field (corporate events, MICE, Wedding Planninmg/Sales).
  • Strong understanding of event planning principles and best practices.
  • Great Negotiation skills.
  • Good with PPts(Ms Word & Ms Excel)
  • Client Servicing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to negotiate effectively with vendors.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for event management (e.g., Eventbrite) is an asset.
