Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily visits to corporates, doctors, and previous clients are to be conducted as per the predefined Beat Plan for marketing activities.
- The upcoming Beat Plan for corporates, doctors, and previous clients must be shared with the Management one day in advance, by the evening.
- Daily reporting of visits conducted as per the Beat Plan, along with details of walk-ins, must be shared with the Management.
- Daily follow-up on leads generated through the Beat Plan and other sources must be carried out as per the protocol defined by the Management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through corporate sales channels.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product) to develop effective sales pitches and presentations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through successful client acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and selling skills; ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
