We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR functions, recruitment, operations, and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Build a strong employer brand across platforms and professional networks.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and internal referrals.

  • Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.

  • Oversee core HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.

  • Support learning & development, engagement programs, and retention strategies.

  • Maintain employee records and manage HR reporting and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree with an MBA in HR.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Functions, Recruitment, HR Operations & Payroll.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll software, and HRMS tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle a team of 3-4 members.

  • Experience in Manufacturing, Chemical, or Trading industries will be preferred.

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days are preferred.
