Role Overview:

As a Human Resources Executive at The Quorum, Mumbai, you will be an integral part of the HR team, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth execution of core HR functions. From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and policy implementation, this role requires someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and committed to fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities & Result Areas

People:


• Help build a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with The Quorum's values


• Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies and practices


• Support employees with HR-related queries, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution

Process:


• Coordinate recruitment efforts and manage candidate communication


• Conduct reference checks and background verifications


• Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters


• Maintain and update HR records, resumes, and employee documentation


• Conduct employee orientations and facilitate smooth onboarding


• Manage attendance and leave coordination with department heads


• Support the employee lifecycle, including confirmations, transfers, and exits


• Coordinate and support monthly GM Townhalls and internal communication initiatives


• Plan and execute employee engagement activities that promote connection and recognition


• Assist in the execution of engagement and well-being initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field


• Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR operations


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office tools
