Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Service and Field Specialist located in Karnataka, India. The Technical Service and Field Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining high-quality technical services. Daily tasks include analyzing and resolving technical issues, offering technical support to clients, and ensuring efficient operation of technical systems and solutions. Effective communication with clients and team members is also essential.

Qualifications

  • Skills in variable frequency drives, programmable logic controllers, human machine interface, distributed control system, software installation know-how,
  • skills in industrial process , metal and paper making knowledge
  • skills in relay programming
  • skills in crane control, sizing and commissioning
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in engineering solutions and services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Proficiency in industry-specific technical software and tools
