Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven HRBP to join our growing team. If you are someone whos passionate about HR, eager to explore new-age tools, data, and automation, and want to grow your career by doing more than just transactional work we'd love to meet you.This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on HR experience while actively contributing to projects around automation, AI-in-HR, and employee experience innovation.

Support employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, exits, documentation.

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and engagement.
  • Collaborate with managers for performance check-ins, feedback, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets/HRMS).
  • Contribute to the adoption of tools or automation in HR processes (AI, ChatGPT, etc.).
  • Support HR initiatives around culture, learning, and employee communication.
  • Own and drive small projects end-to-end under guidance (e.g., survey rollouts, onboarding revamp).

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or HRBP roles.
  • Strong learning mindset — proactively curious about new tools, trends, and improvements.
  • Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, and willingness to explore tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Power BI, etc.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
  • Bachelor's degree required; HR/MBA preferred.
