Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
  • Conduct performance and regression testing to ensure stability of fintech applications.
  • Identify, log, and track bugs, and verify bug fixes.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum development environments and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation practices.

Candidate Profile

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
  • Hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and scripting in Java/Python.
  • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in the fintech domain (banking, payments, lending, wealth tech, etc.).
  • Strong experience in API testing (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to mobile app testing (Android/iOS)
