Job Description

We are looking for a Software Tester & Developer who can contribute to designing, developing, and testing high-quality applications. This role is ideal for candidates who have taken a career break and are now ready to return to the workforce.

Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain software applications.
  • Perform manual and automation testing to ensure quality standards.
  • Debug and resolve software issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and solutions.
  • Document technical processes and testing results.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Hands-on experience in Java/Python/JavaScript (any one preferred).
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
  • Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Eligibility

  • Open to career gap candidates who want to restart their IT career.
  • 0–3 years of past experience in software development or testing (before the break).
  • Freshers with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
