We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive to drive qualified B2B leads from US, UK, UAE, South Russia, South Korea, and China. The role involves identifying potential clients, setting up meetings, running email campaigns, and coordinating with the sales team/founders. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, freelancer and other platforms. Must have experience generating good business from international markets. Run and manage email marketing campaigns. Search, qualify, and nurture leads for business opportunities. Schedule calls/meetings for the sales or founders' team. Maintain CRM records and track outreach progress. Support coordination and communication between clients and the internal team. Requirements 0.6–2 years of experience in lead generation or business development. Strong experience in international client outreach and business generation. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools. Fluent in English; basic understanding of Hindi (speaking a bit is fine). Excellent communication skills and understanding of global B2B markets. Organized, proactive, reliable, and goal-oriented.
