Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage employee grievances and engagement through regular meetings.
- Coordinate joining formalities, induction, onboarding, exit interviews, and exits.
- Ensure timely completion of HR activities such as recruitment, training, performance management, payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data and attendance tracking.
- Provide support to employees during probationary period.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining a professional and organized front office environment
- Performing basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and document filing
- Maintaining security by following procedures and monitoring logbook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good multitasking, time management and organizational skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on generalistic tasks like recruitment coordination, onboarding, etc.
- MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization (preferably).
- Strong understanding of HR operations including recruitment, training, performance management, payroll processing.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22, ₹27,000.00 per month
