Key Responsibilities
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Invoice creation and tracking
- Vendor payments and coordination
- Payments and receivables management
- Follow-up on outstanding payments
- Purchase order management
- Handling day-to-day accounting activities
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day office operations
- Vendor management and coordination
- Office administration activities
- Back-office support
- Coordinating with and supporting internal teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Accounts cum Administration role
- Graduate / Postgraduate in a relevant field
- Excellent working knowledge of Tally
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong multitasking abilities with a proactive approach
- Good communication and coordination skills
