Specifications:

Experience: 3+ years as HR Executive

Qualification: Graduate/PG with HR specialization

Gender: Female preferred

Language skills: English & Hindi

Should be able to manage employees strength of 25-30 white collared and bule collared.

Key Responsibilities of an HR Generalist:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and managing the employee lifecycle.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee inquiries, resolving disputes, and managing performance issues.

HR Policy Development and Implementation:

Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Data Management:

Maintaining accurate employee records, HRIS data, and other HR documentation.

Communication:

Creating and distributing internal communications and serving as the first point of contact for employees with HR-related questions.

Additional Responsibilities:

Payroll processing: Assisting with payroll processing.

Talent management: Developing and maintaining talent management processes.

Data analysis: Analyzing HR data to identify trends and improve HR practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
