Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior QC Engineer to assist in monitoring and ensuring the quality of materials, finishes, and production processes in our interior design projects. The role involves on-site and factory inspections, documentation, and coordination with production and project teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process work, and finished products.
  • Inspect interior works such as furniture, modular fittings, joinery, and finishes.
  • Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and company quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing QC reports, inspection checklists, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with production, site, and design teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support in vendor and contractor quality evaluation.
  • Monitor safe work practices and compliance at factory and project sites.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / B.Tech / BE in , Mechanical, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Quality Control / Site Inspection (preferably in Interior Design / Furniture / Modular setups).
  • Basic knowledge of QC processes, finishing materials, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and report preparation.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
