About the Role:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing quality control and maintaining all documentation in line with ISO standards. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and safeguarding the overall quality assurance framework of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain ISO-related documentation, including manuals, SOPs, and quality records.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards across all departments.
  • Plan and conduct internal quality audits; coordinate with external auditors.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
  • Support operations and production teams to uphold quality standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on quality performance for management review.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Engineering/Science or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in QC/QA roles with ISO system exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
  • Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
