Head of E-Commerce
to scale our presence across
Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa & other marketplaces
.


Location:
Andheri West, Mumbai (Work from Office)


Experience:
9+ years in D2C / Skincare / Beauty / Lifestyle brands


CTC:
Up to 24 to 36 LPA (Hike on current CTC)

What you'll do:

Drive marketplace strategy & manage growth on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa & others

Manage monthly campaign budgets of ₹1 crore+ with 2x+ ROAS (6x overall across platforms)

Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions & catalog visibility

Collaborate with supply chain & logistics for smooth inventory flow & fulfillment

Lead and mentor the E-Commerce team to deliver high-performance results

Track KPIs, analytics & market trends to keep Wildglow ahead of competition

What we're looking for:

Proven track record of scaling D2C/e-commerce brands (Skincare/Beauty industry preferred)

9 years to upto15 years of E-Commerce experience, with at least 5+ years managing large-scale marketplace operations

Strong analytical, leadership & cross-functional collaboration skills
