Overview of job:
Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are looking for Partner - Ecommerce to accelerate our digital transformation journey passion for delivering an exceptional online customer experience to join our eCommerce team.

Role Overview: As the Regional Head of eCommerce, you will spearhead our eCommerce strategy, driving revenue growth and optimizing consumer engagement across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative eCommerce campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement end-to-end eCommerce solutions aligned with client objectives and market trends.
- Drive penetration by onboarding new clients leveraging our eCommerce capabilities and expertise.
- Lead and mentor a team of eCommerce specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand business goals and translate them into actionable eCommerce initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
- Engage with internal and external leaders across WPP agencies, technology providers, and eCommerce platforms to develop go-to-market solutions.
- Lead the adoption of GroupM Commerce for new business and existing accounts.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (12+ years) in eCommerce strategy development and implementation.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, preferably from Top Tier B-Schools.
